Howdy thermies, time for an update. Thermoboy will be opening for Burning Heads (FR) and Therapy? (ROI) on April 6th @ Bato Fou (Saint-Pierre, Reunion Island). Nice opportunity for us to hang out with some euro veterans, since T? and BH will play 2 more gigs here. Plans are being made as we speak, and I'm sure this is gonna turn out a wonderful time for all. Tickets will be 20 / 17 / 14 euros for Bato Fou and local bands Showdus (see pic) and Backstroke will be the supporting acts for the other nights. So we’ll see you there.

Wow. Kudos to the Kabardock staff for putting up such a great night : Thermoboy played the Dock Sessions 2006, and it was a farewell gig for Samuel Smith who's moving from Reunion to Paris.

Big thanks to him for backing up Keng Sam, who will be back in june to reunite with the band. We also welcome keyboardist Olivier Di Malta on board : great contribution from the electro rookie, who showed up with all the cool bleeps we needed to performs songs like "Surprise Me" or "Stars" in full size.

Boris stood behind the soundboard, Olivier Dumont shot great pics again and the entire gig was thrown to hard drive for future mixing. Great night. Thanks to all of you who showed up and supported a rare rock-oriented session.

So yeah, we're playing the Cyclone Café in Saint Denis on July 22nd, an odd ten years after being the first band to ever play there back in 1995. Also, what could be cooler than play a gig on both Mireille Mathieu and Sacha Distel's birthday ? Well... ok, Mireille was born on the 22nd, and Sacha well... kind of died on that very day. But we don't like anyone anyway, right ?

Boucan 2005 was crap, but Saint Leu was kind of cool with a live broadcast on radio and a nice guest appearance by Mr. Robert Mackle. MP3s from the radio recording and pics are being edited this very minute.

Grab your floppies and a towel : on june 26th, Thermoboy will be playing a gig on the beach !!!

Saint Denis' Cyclone Café will be closed for the whole month of june, hence postponing the "Destop vs. Thermogay" circus to an unknown date. Stay tuned for the definitive date.

As previously scheduled, Thermoboy played the Free Rock Festival in St Leu, alongside 11 other bands. A 600+ audience was brave enough to venture into the zionesque decorum of this unusual event. The evening started with a performance by Vinaigre, featuring Thermoboy on guitar, which was filmed and will probably be posted on www.beyondtrash.com.
